Nightstop Devon is a project of Community Housing Aid, a Devon-based charity working with homeless people. Nightstop Devon provides same day emergency accommodation for 16-25 year olds who find themselves in a homeless situation.

Nightstop accommodation is provided in the homes of volunteers, members of the public, who have a spare room in their house and are happy to take in a homeless youngster for a night at a time. Young people can stay on Nightstop for a period of up to 10 days, while we work with them and other agencies to find longer-term accommodation. As well as housing advice, Nightstop can also help with budgeting and benefits problems and signpost to a range of other agencies as appropriate.
