Dadamac Foundation

Hello and Welcome!

Dadamac Foundation is a UK registered charity based in London and connecting with various locations in sub-Saharan English-speaking Africa.

Our mission is to listen to Changemakers in Africa and enable effective use of resources.

The problem we address is the disconnect between resources given in a “top-down” way and the real needs on the ground.

We work with Changemakers who are involved in long-term community initiatives. Our Changemakers are people who understand local needs, challenges and opportunities for development. Typically they are doing innovative work to enable change, often at considerable personal cost.

Dadamac Foundation acts as a communication channel, and information point. We serve both the Changemakers and people who want to communicate with them.

Our long term objective is to work on such a scale that we have an “information bank” and “introductions agency” of great value to anyone who cares about listening to Africa and enabling the effective use of resources.

Communication is at  the heart of all we do. We have been involved in collaborative work enabled by a mixture of the Internet and person-to-person communication networks since 2000.

We work directly with grass roots organisations and your donation, large or small, will make a real difference. Thank you for your support.
