Autism is a complex, life-long disability which affects the development of communication, social and life skills. Some people with autism are able to live independently with little or no support. Others need specialist care throughout their lives. NORSACA exists to offer support to all those affected by autism in our region. NORSACA provides services to individuals and families affected by autism from Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and surrounding counties. Our services include a specialist school for 94 pupils, independent living support, adult residential units and support for families including counselling, telephone advice, a summer play scheme and an annual siblings group.
