Oak Tree Farm Rural Project’s stunning Tea Room is now welcoming visitors and catering, with delicious home made food, for our many customers. We thank all of you who have contributed to our hugely successful fund raising project and hope that you will come along to enjoy the fruits (and cakes) of your labours!

Oak Tree Farm Rural project continues, in its 27th year, to provide successful opportunities for people with learning disabilities to work with plants, pottery and livestock; working out and about in the community with the Acorn Garden Services team and, now, catering and retail in the Tea Room too. Further benefits of the tea room are to raise awareness of all that Oak Tree Farm offers, to improve our retail space and to act as a focus for the community Currently over 50 Team Members benefit each week from their time at the farm. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing work place where team members can learn, grow and be valued for their contribution, whatever their level of ability. The development of a tea room was a long held dream, identified by staff and trustees many years ago to complement our existing activities. Ongoing community support continues to be essential to maintain and enhance all the work of the farm in the next few years. Your support for this worthwhile, happy project is encouraged and greatly appreciated.
