SKIP (Students for Kids International Projects) is a UK based, healthcare student-run charity.Our mission is to support vulnerable and impoverished children and communities worldwide and promote the personal and professional development of healthcare students. We strive to educate and empower healthcare students to initiate and maintain sustainable community integrated overseas projects aimed at improving the health, welfare and education of children in their community. The ultimate aim of each SKIP project is not to be needed any more, to make each intervention they are involved with sustainable. As such, all of the projects are constantly being evaluated and assessed to address their suitability and sustainability and are always changing and evolving to suit the relevant needs of the communities we work with.
