Hello and Welcome from Harrison Newell
Star Wars Sponsored Walk
My name is Harrison. When I was 5 my little brother Max got Cancer called Neuroblastoma. A year later when I was 6 he died. It was really sad. The only thing that made me happy was playing with my best friend Ashley, but he had Cancer too and he died last year when we were both 7.
Now I'm 8 and I miss Max and Ashley every day. Having Cancer is really scary and you get really really sick and it's not fair that kids die. I want to help find a cure for Neuroblastoma so no more kids get sick or die and no more families and best friends get really sad.
Please will you sponsor me 50p to help me reach my target of £100.

Some of you may know, Harrison was deeply affected by the loss of both his brother and his best friend to Neuroblastoma
and he asked me if he could do a sponsored walk to raise money to help find a cure. He has decided to do a sponsored walk dressed as a Starwars character in honour of Ashley and he will carry Max's Lion with him too. So, on May the 4th, while his sister is
in GOSH, he will be doing 50 circuits of the park, 1 for every mile between GOSH and the John Radcliffe Hospital. Thats a big walk for little legs but he really wants to do it.
We want as many people as possible to donate just 50p, thats just 1p per lap, thats all. We want everyone in the
country to know why Harrison is doing this and to give 50p towards finding a cure. Please will you help spread his donation page everywhere and tell people about it. If an 8 year old boy can do something to help then anyone can, and if 50p can help cure Cancer,
anything is possible.

About Families Against Neuroblastoma (FAN) (Star Wars Sponsored Walk)
Families Against Neuroblastoma are very proud to host this event as a special request from a 7 year old boy called Harrison. Harrison lost both his brother, Max, and his best friend, Ashley, to Neuroblastoma within 15 months of each other. Although this was a devastating blow for him, Harrison wants more than anything to help other kids and find a cure for kids cancer. Harrison plans to do a sponsored walk dressed as a character from his best friend's favourite film, Star Wars, and is asking other kids to join him in Hyde Park on May the 4th 2011.
We welcome donations by way of sponsorship to Harrisons page, or better still, by signing up to do the walk with him! May the force be with you.
