About The Bannatyne Charitable Trust (Parachute Jump 2011)

The Bannatyne Charitable Trust was set up in March 2007 and has helped focus Duncan Bannatyne's charity activities to support a group of worthy causes whose excellent work has a positive impact on the lives of people across the world. Every penny donated to the Bannatyne Charitable Trust will be sent on to charities to fund their wide and varied projects. The Trust helps in various ways from housing children with HIV and Aids in Romania, feeding 16,000 school children on a daily basis in South Africa to helping injured soldiers regain their lives.

The parachute jump is in aid of the Pilgrim Bandits. In 2010 the Pilgrim Bandits became recognised by the Charity Commission as a Charity in their own right. Being a charity will allow them to take Forces amputees on adventure challenges and help them regain their confidence, it will also enable them to support smaller forces projects. They also hope to be able to fund research and development into Prosthetics for our wounded soldiers. For more info please visit www.pilgrimbandits.com All money raised via the Bannatyne Charitable Trust will be doubled and sent on to the Pilgrim Bandits Thank you for your support.
