Lifecycle Malta
Hello and Welcome from Lenny Degiorgio
Betfair LifeCycle Challenge - Down Under
Hi guys,
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
As you all know I participated in the Lifecycle Challenge last year across Turkey, into Syria. That was a gruelling 2,000km ride which I never expected to make. Well I did and I'm back for more this year! This time round we're cycling from Venice to Old Trafford. An epic 2100km over 11 days.
In order to participate all riders need to raise funds in aid of the Renal unit in Malta and I need your help to raise these funds. My target this year is €3000. Anything you can give is greatly appreciated.
Not only will you helping a good cause and incentivizing my lazy ass but you'll also be participating in a lottery draw to win an
all expenses paid weekend in Old Trafford which includes all hotels, flights, meals (Including dinner in the Sponsor's Lounge and a personalized gift from Paul Smith)
All you need to do to be part of the draw is donate a minimum of €50. Tickets are €50 each so the more you give the more chances you have to win!
Donating through this page is simple, quick and secure. It is the most efficient way to give – so every donation goes further – and if you are a UK taxpayer and give Gift Aid consent the charity will receive an extra 28% at no cost to you.
Thank you for your support.

About Lifecycle Malta
The LifeCycle Organisation was founded in Malta in 1999 to create awareness and generate support for patients suffering from end stage renal disease. As from 2013 the Organisation has now been registered as LifeCycle (Malta) Foundation.
The foundation organizes the LifeCycle Challenge, which is one of the most gruelling endurance events in Europe, pitting a dedicated team of Maltese cyclists against the elements in a long distance ride through different countries all over the world. This event covers an average of 2,000km in a mere 10 to 12 days and is held annually in the summer months.By putting such an extreme event together, LifeCycle intends to attract the Maltese public’s attention to the plight of patients of the Renal Unit in Malta, and to encourage generous donations from the public. These donations go towards the cost of treatment, equipment, research and improving the quality of life of patients on dialysis. Having collected over a million Euros since 1999, LifeCycle (Malta) Foundation hopes to collect more funds every year with the help of the generous donations given to the Foundation by companies and individuals.
