Hello and Welcome from Team Nosofast!!
On Sunday 11th September @ 11am down in Catterick Garrison we will be running....walking...stumbling and possibly crawling the Paras 10! The same route Scott took last year for the Parachute Regiments 'P' Company Selection. This year got off to a horrible start, however we both now have the greatest inspiration, determination and reasons to run the whole 10 miles!
We're doing this for Scott (who we know will be doing it next year!!) and in loving memory of Pte Martin Bell.

About The Parachute Regiment Charity
The Parachute Regiment Charity raises money to support the wellbeing of serving and retired soldiers of The Parachute Regiment and associated units, and their families. Our services are particularly necessary at the moment because regular and frequent deployment on operations in Iraq and Afghanistan have led to a dramatic increase in the number of casualties among the soldiers we support.
Your donations are vital to the morale of the troops and help provide a safety net to ensure they and their families receive every possible assistance in the extreme circumstances members of the Parachute Regiment and other Airborne Forces so often find themselves confronting.
