New Centre Appeal

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

To celebrate my 65th birthday on 12 March 2009, I will be swimming 40 lengths at Bingley Baths, West Yorkshire.

Twitter Updates follow HaworthCatRescu on Twitter Haworth Cat Rescue is a small local charity offering a halfway (non emergency) home to unwanted cats and kittens in Keighley and the surrounding areas. The charity has a no-kill policy and neuters all cats that it rehomes. HCR currently deals with approximately 350 cats and kittens each year but due to lack of space is unable to help in every case. On 21 April, the Executive Committee of HCR launched their Big Shelter Appeal - to aim to raise £2million to build a larger shelter in the general Keighley area. The EC is appealing to supporters and other interested parties to hold fundraising events to help achieve this target. More details about the charity and this campaign can be found on the charity’s website. Donations may be used towards the charity's £2m target, or may be used for general purposes within the charity. Thank you.
