About The Childrens Adventure Farm Trust
The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT) is a haven for terminally ill, chronically sick, disabled and disadvantaged children, providing week-long holidays and activities for children in desperate need. A magical special place where laughter and happy times are encouraged, friendships blossom, illnesses and sorrows are forgotten.
