Tickets for Troops
Hello and Welcome from Tickets for Troops
This is the Tickets for Troops fundraising page for 2013.
As a charity, we rely solely on individual donations. Thank you for taking the time to donate to us, it is hugely appreciated and will ensure the charity continues to be able to provide many fantastic tickets to the Armed Forces.
Donating through this page is simple, quick and secure. It is the most efficient way to give – so every donation goes further – and if you are a UK taxpayer and give Gift Aid consent you will boost your donation.
Thank you for your support.
About Tickets for Troops
Tickets for Troops is a registered charity that provides free tickets to musical, sporting, entertainment and cultural events for members of our Armed Forces. The tickets donated to the charity provide a huge moral boost to the Forces. The charity was set up in 2009 and in three years, over 115,000 troops have signed up and a huge 300,000 tickets have been distributed.
All serving members of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces, and those who have been medically discharged since 2001 are eligible to register for the scheme. Supported by a wide range of organisations Tickets For Troops has been able to offer free tickets to a huge number of high profile events and have recently included the Royal World Premier of 'Skyfall', London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Coldplay and the Formula 1 British Grand Prix as well as England games at Wembley Stadium. The initiative has attracted maximum support from a host of patrons, including Gary Linekar, Sir Ian Botham and Joanna Lumley.
