Help for Heroes
H4H 4X4 European Rally 2012
Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. We are a small offroad 4x4 club with 30 members based near sunny Swansea and we have entered 2 vehicles into the rally with 8 members onboard. This is our way of making a difference to and honouring the men and women who put themselves in harms way on our behalf. We will be travelling 3000 miles (by the time we get home), thru 6 Euro Countries, in 13 days
We are the only 2 car Team, the only Welsh Team and the only offroad 4x4 club Team. "Taffs On Tour"
The HELP FOR HEROES EUROPEAN RALLY follows the path and tells the WWII story of the allied invasion through europe: including parts fabled by The Band Of Brothers book & TV series. Some parts of the route will also include areas of the "Western Front" of WWI
Please give what you can afford no matter how small a donation as every penny counts. We want to assure you that 128% (assuming you opt for giftaid) of the cash you donate goes to H4H. All of the costs, entry fee, fuel, ferries, food, insurance, etc etc etc are covered by us, BUT if you also wish to make a donation to the costs as a corporate sponsor and have your logo or details emblazoned on our vehicles, (The cost of the fuel alone will be £1,600 in total for both vehicles). please contact our club secretary Barry Valentine bazv@aol.com or checkout our website

About Help for Heroes
Help for Heroes offers comprehensive support to those who have suffered life-changing injuries and illnesses whilst serving our country. This is provided through grants to individuals, other Service charities, capital build projects and our four Recovery Centres across the UK, in Catterick, Colchester, Tidworth and Plymouth. These will offer support for life. The money raised by the hugely generous public has been used to support our wounded, but there is still so much more to do. Soldiers, sailors and airmen who are injured today will still need our support tomorrow and in the days that follow, for the rest of their lives. They are still battling and we won't let them battle alone.
